Order Processing

We ship orders Monday to Friday from our warehouse in the UK. You have until 2pm to place your order for it to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. We do not ship orders at weekends or UK bank holidays.
Shipping fees

Get free shipping on orders over £75.

UK mainland economy shipping - £3.95

UK mainland next day shipping - £5.95

International shipping fees are calculated by weight and can be found at checkout. Free shipping options are available - please see the 'Shipping' section in our footer for the minimum spend for your country.
Returns

We’re happy to accept returns for unused products within 30 days of your order date. Orders placed during November and December benefit from an extended holiday returns window until the end January.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with labels intact.
  • All components must be present, with no damage or missing parts.
  • For horse rugs, please groom your horse thoroughly before trying them on, as rugs with dirt or hair cannot be accepted for refunds.

Unacceptable Returns: If an item is returned dirty, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable, we will notify you with photos for reference. You’ll be responsible for the delivery cost to return the item to you, and no refund will be processed.
Pre Orders

We’re excited to offer you the chance to secure new items before they officially launch. Please review the following terms for pre-orders:

Shipping Timeline

  • Pre-order items will be shipped within two business days of arriving at our warehouse from our factory.
  • An estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on each product page.

Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock)

  • If you order a pre-order item and an in-stock item together, your order will be shipped once the pre-order item arrives.
  • If you’d like the in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.
