Firstly, thank you so much for considering a pre order item. Many of our designs sell out quickly in the popular sizes and weights so congrats on taking the leap!
All of our pre orders are paid at the time of ordering. The current expected delivery time will be specified on the product page of the item you are ordering. Please note that these estimations are contingent on the global shipping industry and UK customs, but are our best estimates as to when we should receive the stock in our UK warehouse to be able to dispatch via courier to you. We will let you know if there the expected delivery date changes by more than two weeks as soon as we become aware of the change.
You are welcome to cancel your order at any time before delivery for a full refund.
If you have ordered an in stock item and pre-order item on the same order, they will both be shipped together when the pre-order arrives. If you would like the in stock item at the time of ordering, we advise placing two separate orders. If you have already placed an order and need your in stock item urgently, please contact us and we will send you a link to pay for shipping on the in stock item.
After the goods have been shipped to you, our usual returns policy takes effect. You will receive a notification from our shipping partners when the goods have been dispatched, so please keep an eye out for them around the expected time of your delivery.
